• Billing & Transaction Details: Subscription plan type, billing status, and transaction references processed through our payment gateway. (Note: We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers).
• Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, interaction logs with tender feeds, and aggregated web analytics (via Google Analytics) to monitor platform reliability, referral traffic sources, and site performance.

2. Purposes for Collection, Use, and Disclosure

We may share personal data only with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our infrastructure under strict data protection and confidentiality agreements, including:

5. Web Analytics & Cookies (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze visitor traffic, understand referral channels (such as Telegram, LinkedIn, and organic search), and evaluate user interaction with our features (such as sign-up, trial activations, and subscription upgrades).

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to collect aggregate, non-personally identifiable technical information (including device type, browser information, pages visited, and key event conversions). 6. AI Assistant & Intelligence Services (Google Gemini)

GetBizAlert provides an AI Assistant copilot to help users analyze tender award distributions, median pricing benchmarks, and contractor win histories. AI answers are generated with Google Gemini using public GeBIZ data; your personal details are not sent.

Inquiries only query official public government procurement records. User account identifiers, company names, and personal contact details are never transmitted to Google Gemini. Usage queries are logged strictly for credit metering, rate limiting, and system abuse prevention.

7. Data Protection and Security

We maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or leakage of your personal data. All traffic is encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS), passwords are salted and hashed using bcrypt, and database access is restricted by least-privilege principles.

8. Retention of Personal Data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal and accounting retention periods in Singapore. When personal data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.
