An Invitation to Quote (ITQ) is used for public purchases with an estimated value up to S$90,000, typically featuring shorter submission windows (7 to 14 days). An Invitation to Tender (ITT) is mandatory for procurement exceeding S$90,000, requiring more comprehensive documentation and formal evaluation.
