Terms of Service

Welcome to GetBizAlert. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GetBizAlert website (getbizalert.com) and our procurement monitoring and notification services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Juicegraphic Pte. Ltd. ("Juicegraphic", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore.
By creating an account, browsing the website, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Nature of Service & Independent Disclaimer
GetBizAlert aggregates public tender announcements and contract award records published on the Singapore Government GeBIZ portal and data.gov.sg to provide search, matching, alerts, and market intelligence for commercial contractors and suppliers.
2. Accuracy & Obligation to Verify on GeBIZ
While we strive to ingest and process procurement notices accurately and promptly:
- All tenders, specifications, closing deadlines, eligibility criteria, and tender submission requirements must be verified directly against the official listing on the official GeBIZ portal (gebiz.gov.sg) prior to preparing or submitting any bid.
- Tender opportunities may be amended, extended, cancelled, or awarded by calling government agencies at any time without prior notice.
- GetBizAlert does not submit bids on your behalf and is not a party to any contract between you and any government procuring entity.
3. User Accounts & Security
To access personalized features and notifications, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing
- Free Plan & Trials: We offer a Free plan with limited categories and weekly email digests, as well as a 14-day trial of our Pro plan with no credit card required upfront.
- Paid Subscriptions: Paid plans (Starter at S$19/month, Pro at S$49/month) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- Cancellations: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to overwhelm or harvest data from GetBizAlert outside of provided interfaces.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our matching algorithms or proprietary software.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our compiled intelligence dossiers or analytical benchmarks to third parties without prior written consent.
- Use the Service for any unlawful or deceptive purpose under Singapore law.
6. Intellectual Property
The GetBizAlert software, database schemas, user interface design, benchmarks calculations, trademarks, and logos are the proprietary intellectual property of Juicegraphic Pte. Ltd. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Singapore:
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
- In no event shall Juicegraphic Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost tender opportunities, missed bidding deadlines, or indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to GetBizAlert in the preceding three (3) months.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
